  • Payment is due at the time of the visit.

  • Appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than 48-hours notice will be charged the full rate.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Take the First Step.

Caring for your own mental health is one of the most important investments you can make—not only for yourself, but also for the people who matter most to you.

Whether you're navigating medical school, residency, fellowship, independent practice, or supporting someone whose career revolves around medicine, you don't have to face those challenges alone.

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and determine whether my practice is the right fit for your needs. I'll also answer your questions so you can make an informed decision about moving forward.

If you've been thinking about starting therapy, I invite you to take the next step and request your first appointment. It would be an honor to be part of your journey.

What Happens Next?

Schedule your intake appointment.

After you request your first appointment, I'll send you access to your secure Client Portal. From there, you'll be able to complete your intake paperwork, review and sign the necessary documents, update your client information, securely communicate with me when appropriate, and manage future appointments.

Completing these steps before your first session allows us to spend more time focusing on you—your concerns, your goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

My goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible so you can feel informed, prepared, and comfortable before we meet.
