Payment Methods & Cancellation Policy

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Start the Process Today

Far too many medical students, medical residents, and medical fellows delay seeking help until problems escalate. The best time to seek help was yesterday. The second best time is today.

If you're considering therapy, I invite you to schedule an appointment. Your first session is an opportunity for us to discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and determine whether my practice is a good fit for your needs. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and explain how I work so you can feel informed and comfortable moving forward.

Next Step to Take

Schedule your intake appointment

Once an intake appointment is scheduled, I’ll provide you with access to the Client Portal. This is where you can complete your initial paperwork, send secure messages, fill out your client profile, and manage your future appointments.
