Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Start the Process Today
Far too many medical trainees delay seeking help until problems escalate. The best time to seek help was yesterday. The second best time is today.
If you are on the fence about counseling, schedule a free 15-minute consult to learn more about my practice. A consult isn’t counseling and does not establish a therapeutic relationship. It’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about counseling. I’ll also have some standard screening questions and information about my practice that I will share with you.
Next Steps to Take
Schedule a free 15-minute consult
This is an opportunity to make sure there is a good mutual fit before starting counseling. It also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Book your first session
Once we agree to move forward, I will provide you access to the client portal. At that point, you can enter your information and schedule future appointments.
